What is *Yamafujihafukuregushi*? What are the domestic literature records of it?
Wisteria floribunda (Willd.) or Wisteria brachybotrys Siebold et Zucc. are galls formed on both sides of the leaves. They are hemispherical, smooth, and yellowish-green to greenish-brown in color, and are known to form on unidentified gall midge larvae (Nakawatase, 1992; Yukawa and Masuda, 1996). Ikeda (submission in progress) initially planned to report this as a record within Hyogo Prefecture and was collecting literature, but during the course of the investigation it was discovered that this gall was unreported, and it was decided not to include domestic literature records of Wisteria floribunda (Wisteria floribunda) in the report. However, since the distribution status of this gall by prefecture does not seem to be publicly available, it is reported here. As far as Yukawa and Masuda (1996) and the author have confirmed, records have been found in Iwate Prefecture (Monzen, 1929), Saitama Prefecture (Suse, 1986), Kanagawa Prefecture (Ushiyama et al., 1997), Hyogo Prefecture (Ide, 1928), Miyazaki Prefecture (Yukawa et al., compiled in 2012), Oita Prefecture (Yukawa and Masuda, 1996), and Kagoshima Prefecture (Yukawa, 1979; Yukawa, 1988; Nakawatase, 1992).
Addendum (The author's records in Hyogo Prefecture)
After writing this paper, it was discovered that this gall had been photographed on the underside of a wisteria leaf at Ibukidai Taniguchi Park in Ibukidai Nishimachi, Nishi-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, around 6:00 PM on May 5, 2017, so this is reported as an addition (Figure 5).

Within the prefecture, as mentioned above, there is a record in Ide (1928) in Kobe City, but the exact location is unknown, and the name of the gall is not given, making it a fairly old record.
